RULES

1. No Drinks or Food are allowed in the VRChillZone. [For the customers who booked an Hour gaming session we will provide a complementary bottle of Water.]
2. You must be age 8+ to play. Children age 13 and under must be accompanied by an Adult 18 +.
3. Some content may not be suitable for young children. All games must be approved by an adult before the session.
4. People who are prone to motion sickness may experience Nausea when playing VR. If you do find yourself feeling unwell, simply take off your headset and inform member of the staff immediately.
5. You must take a break for at least half an hour after you continuously played for an hour. If you are in VR for too long it may affect dizziness and disorientation.
6. We reserve the right to refuse the service.
7. It is prohibited to enter the gaming pod play area when the session is in progress. Guests wearing a VR headset can lose perception of real space around them. Failing to keep safe distance (approximately of 2 meters) may cause injuries or equipment could be damaged.
8. Please use waiting Area if none of the gaming pods are available. The Staff will inform you as soon as a gaming pod will become available.
9. We have two gaming pods to accommodate people have impaired vision and wear glasses.
10. There is no official storage lock area in VRChillZone. Accordingly, we ask that you admit you bring into the premises. We take no responsibility for your valuables.
11. When visiting VRChillZone please dress a sportwear to optimise your VR experience.
